Scientist or Senior Associate Scientist, In Vivo Immunopharmacology

Our In Vivo Immunopharmacology Group is seeking a hands-on Scientist or Senior Associate Scientist at our Cambridge, MA site.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct in vivo immunopharmacology studies in murine tumor models (syngeneic and xenograft)
  • Apply understanding of PK/PD to studies designed to define the appropriate dose & schedule for novel biological agents
  • Keep abreast with cutting-edge in vivo models that can be applied to concept discovery and drug candidate characterization in the field of cancer immunotherapy
  • Focus on immune readouts (i.e., FACS-based immunophenotyping, T cell activation assays, cytokine profiling, etc.) that can be incorporated as biomarkers in an early clinical development setting
  • Cure cancer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of scientific excellence and successful advancement of new therapeutic principles in industry or academia, ideally in the field of immunology or cancer immunology
  • Experience with the conduct of anti-tumor efficacy studies in subcutaneous mouse tumor models is a must; experience with orthotopic tumor models is a plus
  • Experience with multi-color flow cytometry analysis
  • Knowledge of ELISA, MSD, and ELISPOT
  • Expertise in creative thinking and multitasking with effective communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced, multinational work environment

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. with 2+ years OR B.S. with 5+ years of relevant experience
